At Caliber Optima Care, being a Sponsor means opening your home to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We were one of the first in Virginia to offer Sponsored Residential services, and now we support hundreds of people across the state. Our Sponsors are the heart of what we do—they invite these individuals into their homes, build strong relationships, and help them live fulfilling lives.

As a Sponsor, you’re not just taking on a job—you’re making a real difference every day. Our Sponsors work as independent contractors, which means they can choose their backup support. They also get a lot of help from our staff, including access to special services.
